Specialized is looking to hire an Outside Marketing Representative who would be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This is not a high pressure sales position, but rather a long term business relationship role. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Marketing Representative may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.

Examples of duties and responsibilities include:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Visit clients on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field.
• Proven capability to prospect, conduct cold calls, and operate independently.
• Superior customer service and communication proficiency.
• Strong leadership qualities and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Effective skills in both verbal and written communication.

Specialized Cleaning & Restoration INC, The Guys in the Ugly Red Trucks, is a full service property restoration company operating for over 33 years in the Bismarck/Mandan/Dickinson areas. When it comes to fire/soot damage or water/flood damage, Specialized will be on-site fast and handle the project from start to finish. Specialized works with all insurance companies and has locations in Bismarck, Mandan and Dickinson.
