We’re hiring a Restoration Technician at Specialized Cleaning & Restoration—and this is more than just a job.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to emergency restoration calls and be part of the team that steps in when people need help most
• Assist with initial site inspections and damage assessments
• Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation, etc.)
• Handle debris removal and help pack out customer belongings with care
• Set up and move drying equipment like dehumidifiers and fans
• Complete job documentation accurately
• Perform light construction (drywall, trim, etc.) as part of the restoration process

• Every day is different—new challenges, new job sites
• Team-oriented, but also requires independence and problem-solving
• Part of a 24/7 emergency response team, so flexibility and on-call rotation are required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Motivated, dependable, and organized
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to think on your feet and take initiative
• Professional and personable—you represent our company to customers
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and handle physical work

No restoration experience? That’s okay. If you have the will, we will teach you the skill.
We’re willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and wants to grow.
